From the moment I walked in, she was professional, kind, and really listened to my concerns. The deep tissue massage was exactly what I needed—she applied just the right amount of pressure to work through my tension without causing discomfort. The full-body scrub was also amazing, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I walked out feeling better than I have in weeks, with less stiffness and more mobility in my back. 観光の通りすがりでたまたま入りましたが、予約なしで入れました。真ん中のコースで、2時間で500,000idrくらいだったと思います。当たり前ですがホテルで受けるよりかなり割安です。店内は清潔で居心地良く、サービスはもちろん最高、しっかり全身をマッサージしていただき、リラックスした時間を過ごせました。スタッフの説明、対応もとても丁寧で好感が持てました。価格以上の満足度が得られると思います。 ~ Soichiro I

Up the stairs near the money changer at Seminyak square. Higher priced than some others but well worth it for the "Deep Healing" massage I had there. Started off a little by-the-numbers but within a couple of minutes the masseuse got her rythym and it was all smiles from then on. Firm but not killer, and one of the few places I've been that focuses the correct amount of time on back/shoulders/neck, which we all know should be 'plenty', but rarely is. Here, it was perfect. I booked an hour and it felt like longer (probably was). Can't wait to go back. Shout out to Gusti(?). Great massage. Nice digs, quiet and relaxing. Note: advertised prices don't include tax and service charge. Don't mind paying, just prefer to know in case I'm only bringing enough cash to pay. ~ TBA

旅行最終日に、Deep Healing Massageを90分受けました。名前の通り深部までしっかりとほぐして下さり、技術の高さに感激しました。飛行機の時間の関係で短いコースにせざるを得ませんでしたが、もう30分長かったらさらにどれだけほぐれたかと思うと、残念でなりません。そして実際、肩甲骨がこれまで動いたことがないくらいの可動域が広がっていて驚きました！スミニャックに行くことがあったら、今度は連日通いたいです。 ~ M H

성인 4인이 구글에서 예약하고 가서 Deep Healing Massage 60분 짜리로 받고 너무 만족했습니다. 예약시간 15분만 늦추는거 정도로도 미리 왓츠앱으로 연락와서 양해 구할 정도로 시스템 잘 갖춰져 있구요. 전신마사지의 경우는 각자 분리된 각방으로 들어가서 프라이빗하게 받을 수 있었습니다. 향 무지 좋구요, 위생적인 느낌이라 정말 편하게 받을 수 있었습니다. 마사지사 분들도 전문적인 느낌이라 시원하게 정말 잘해서 방문한 4명 모두 만족했네요. ~ Cool C

I visited this place with my daughter after shopping near Seminyak Village, hoping to enjoy a relaxing foot massage and it exceeded all our expectations. Although we had to wait a bit due to a fully booked schedule, it was absolutely worth it. Ajeng and Luhur provided exceptional service. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire session. Their care and professionalism truly stood out, and they gave us a deeply relaxing and refreshing experience. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to them for such wonderful service. 스미냑 숙소 근처 마사지샵 검색했는데 기존 평이 좋아 선택했습니다. Whatsapp 어플 통해 세부적인 조율이 가능했고 배정된 Media,novi 관리사가 훌륭한 기술을 선보이머 제 몸은 녹았습니다. 딥힐링 관리를 받았는데 말 그대로 딥하게 힐링했습니다. 이 더위에 녹을 줄 알았는데 시원한 샵에서 저는 녹고 만 것입니다 ~ Chan H

I went to Essential Health Spa yesterday for a deep healing massage, and my husband got a sunburn massage. We booked through their website, which was very easy, and the place was easy to find located on the second floor. They also have plenty of rooms to accommodate guests. I had a deep tissue healing massage with Anna, and she was absolutely amazing. She really worked on my shoulders and back, releasing a lot of tension, and I felt so much better afterward. Sometimes when you go to a spa, the pressure isn’t quite right, but Anna’s pressure was perfect. The massage was both effective and deeply relaxing. My husband had the sunburn massage, and his back where he was badly sunburned, and he felt much better afterward. If you have sunburn, make sure you choose the right treatment. The aloe vera massage really helps to heal the skin and cool down the heat. Overall, it was a great experience:) 10/10, highly recommended! ~ Suzy

Staff was amazing and we were walk in. Got appointment for 8 and we took Rejuvenating massage for 90 minutes. Initially we were hesitant because of different experiences but we were amazed when massage started. I booked with my parents so we were total 3. Putu was amazing and took out all the tension in my shoulder and kept asking too. Place was clean and fragrance was nice. She made sure to take care of full body and not only back unlike others. Also, never felt someone relieving tension so experience was surreal. Will definitely recommend it. Good value for money and you will come back again for sure. ~ Anirudh J

This hidden gem has become my husband’s and my favorite massage place. We both love massages wherever we travel globally, and we can easily say Essential is in our top 3. We tried four different massage therapists on four visits, and to my surprise, they all knew what they were doing in terms of pressure and technique. Shoutout to Ayu, Kasih, Gusti, and Deva for their amazing skills and experiences. Tasya is very friendly and provides excellent customer service. Please keep up the outstanding service and cleanliness. Here are a few suggestions for improvement: please provide showers in some of the treatment rooms. On one occasion, I tried the body scrub treatment and had to walk to a shower located near the entrance. This is inconvenient and inappropriate when wearing just a bathrobe in a public area. Also, please improve the privacy in the foot massage area, as it is currently easy to be disturbed by people coming in and out. ~ Aprillia C

I recently had an aromatherapy massage with Agung, and it was truly wonderful. I’m quite a tense and stressful person, but she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. Agung was so warm, gentle, and attentive, and she managed to relax me more than I’ve felt in a long time. The whole spa had such a calming, welcoming vibe, and every member of staff was incredibly kind and friendly. It was a beautiful experience from start to finish. Chanced upon this place when our water sport activity was postponed at the last minute. Tira, the lady at the reception was very patient and accommodating when we had to change our massage appointment. We came the following day (booked in advance via Whats App) and enjoyed our 60-min foot massages to the max! The hubs thoroughly enjoyed his body massage too! Our Mesues Gust, Rani and Fitri were so skillful and soothed away all the sore points. So relaxing! Realized that this is the same place that a few of my friends recommended. Will definitely be back! If u need pampering then this is the place. Beautiful salon parlour. Was greeted with a delicious cold glass of lemon water then taken through to a modern massage room. For security, I was given a money box to put mobile/money/wallet with a key to wear around my wrist during the entire massage. Nitaa as my masseuse and I booked a Blissful package. The experience was haven, my skin feels soft and glowing. No negative feedback. It truely was amazing. Then finally a ginger tea was offered to finish off my indulgence. ~ Sacha A

This was the most least expected but execptional massage i got to experience in Bali. Booked 2 hours rejuvenation massage before the flight and oh man, best decision i made. Tini was so amazing & caring. She made sure i was comfortable every bit of way, checked on pressure, asked right questions and pampered me. Thank you! The place itself is okay but its all about service. Right from greeting to me seeping a hot tea at the end was a pleasant experience. And yes, price is super reasonable. would fly to Bali just for this massage. I saw a review that stated this! So I came here! It was exactly what I was expecting and more. I had the foot massage, neck massage, and facial. Each was even better than the last. The rest of my family had the deep healing massage. They told me that it was one of the best they have had in the entire world. I feel like my stiff neck is 100% better. My feet don’t hurt. My family was totally rejuvenated after 1.5 hours here and only for a little bit of money.
